Our team of Regional Franchise Managers support the franchisees, both over the phone and through multi-site visits with the aim of increasing franchisee profitability, overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within allocated franchise territories. The Regional Franchise Manager will be involved in all aspects of the life cycle of a franchisee from initial enquiry to the successful running of their business.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working with and supporting a franchise network or equivalent and must have a strong interest in the performing arts. He/she must be able to work well as part of a larger team, will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and must be available to travel and work at weekends during term time.
