Job Description

Working at O’Neill’s

“Fáilte’” is Irish for warm Irish welcome, and ours extends to our staff as much as to our customers. Read on and apply to join the friendliest team this side of Dublin.

Be part of the Irish experience

At O’Neill’s our customers feel they’re amongst friends, so you’ll be helping to create a lively, informal atmosphere, whether you’re serving Irish drinks, organising for a band to play in your pub or preparing food with real Irish credentials. You'll find the craic is great at work, whatever the occasion.

Welcome to O’Neill’s Harrow

Located in the centre of town, you are always guaranteed a warm welcome at O’Neill’s Harrow. Set on the busy Station Road, there is plenty of great craic to be found at O’Neill’s Harrow!

What could be more fun than working at O’Neill’s? Well, OK, having a drink or a meal here, we’ll give you that. But, apart from that, it’s hard to imagine a more fun-packed job than keeping the Guinness and the craic flowing here. O’Neill’s really is all the fun of the fair isle of Ireland and, as Assistant Manager, it’ll be your job to keep that fun and those glasses topped up!

What you’ll do in this role

As Assistant Manager you’ll work with the General Manager to train, manage and mould the team under you. You’ll be making sure the Caffrey’s and the succulent Irish steak pass muster. You’ll be taking your first step in a fantastic career with a famous brand.  Oh and if someone says ‘Failte’ on your first day at work, don’t worry. You haven’t failed. It means ‘welcome’!
