Havas Lynx is a healthcare communications agency with offices in Manchester, London and New York. The majority of our work focuses on healthcare matters and we work to ensure our messages are informed, helpful, innovative and engaging. Across our UK offices we have a team of over 260 people who produce global marketing campaigns which truly enhance people's lives - key to this is our excellent Insights and Planning team. We're pleased to be seeking a Research Executive to join our Graduate Programme in Manchester.
Given the nature of our work, we are looking to hear from applicants who have either recently gained a life sciences or marketing degree (2:1 classification or higher), or who possess some relevant commercial experience within the healthcare arena. This position is ideal for someone who is seeking to commence their career in digital marketing, particularly those who have an interest in the development of communications strategy.
Within this position, you will have the opportunity to really take ownership of projects and ultimately, inform the marketing strategy for our global pharmaceutical clients. To do this, you will take a research focus, working with a range of scientific and healthcare related information whilst also liaising with senior professionals in the field. You will research and analyse the digital landscape, planning and executing telephone, desk and face to face research activities with relevant stakeholders as appropriate (full training will be provided). You can then expect to collate reports, identifying a full analysis and key recommendations as to how we can partner with our clients to provide users with information around key subject areas. There will also be an element of client contact inherent with this position as you will be responsible for conveying your recommendations to both internal and external parties, as appropriate.
At Lynx, personality is key and we're looking for a team player who displays excellent initiative, who is proactive in problem solving and who remains calm under pressure. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is seeking a busy and varied role - so you should be passionate, possess real drive and have your own ideas, alongside the confidence to share them. In return, we offer a supportive environment where there is a high level of focus on your career development - we're proud to offer our bespoke internal training programme; you can view more on #LXAcademy via the blog area of our website - We're also very proud of our heritage and culture and we work in a sociable, friendly environment; take a look at our Facebook and Instagram pages for a closer look at what we get up to socially.
