Senior MI Analyst

As a Senior MI Analyst your key responsibilities will include:

Managing the forecasting, capacity planning, business systems configuration & resourcing processes for Insurance Operations

Providing analysis on performance, including analysis of actual versus planned performance

Offering recommendations for improvement and commentary to colleagues across G.I.

Managing relationships with internal customers and internal / external suppliers, in order to understand and then deliver against business requirements

Developing skills, knowledge and experience, across the end to end Finance and Business Support model

Support other areas of the business in continuous improvement activities

Identifying where value for money and efficiency improvements can be delivered

What we're looking for:

Excellent financial budgeting, forecasting and numerical analysis skills

Strong knowledge of contact centre planning tools and techniques

Strong knowledge and experience of general insurance financial services contact centre based functions

Experience of providing financial /analytical support to business management teams

Experience of networking with other systems & Ml professionals in the wider industry would be advantageous
