A new opportunity has arisen for a Business Systems Analyst to join the IT – Information Services Department at Progress House, Welwyn Garden City.
Working alongside solution architects, solution designers and off shore teams, the successful candidate will work alongside the Tesco projects in the overall delivery of cutting edge projects as well being pinnacle in the delivery of key integration projects that spans the whole of Retail.
Responsibilities:

• Single point of contact for projects
• Own and deliver key integration initiatives
• Working with a varied group of stakeholders, including business and technical teams.
• Working with governance teams & project leader
• Identifying simple solutions to complex problems
• Recommending cost effective solutions
• Defined as-is & to-be business requirements for commercial negotiations
• Benefits cases to support proposals & recommendations
• Manage process definition, solution design, configuration / customisation, integration and deployment i.e. end to end management
• Support Service Introduction
• Support planning & implementation of change in to business streams
• Prepare training documentation for business users

Skills Required:

• Demonstrable IT Project management experience
• Proven team leadership skills
• Experience of budgetary responsibilities
• Ability to drive through change in a complex and challenging environment
• Ability to adapt and react quickly to changing priorities
• Experience of good leadership and communication skills in working with offshore technical teams

Skills Desired:

• Experience of working in retail
