With the ongoing success of our current projects our User Experience team is growing! And fast! Our teams core aim is to design next-generation, rich client applications for our investment banking clients. As such we are looking for someone to come onboard and lead our highly-skilled UX team in creating fantastic work that delivers measurable results for our clients, own and drive forward our processes and be Rule Financials voice of user experience internally, with clients, and in pitches. You'll get to work with a brilliant team, on fabulous projects for big-name investment banking clients using the latest technologies. Your talents:

• Experience of working as a professional Lead UX designer on “rich” interactive web applications (e.g. BBC iPlayer)
• Competency in the various fields of UX
  • User journey development
  • Persona identification
  • Storyboard development and wireframing
  • Information architecture
  • Interaction design
• Proven experience of leading and inspiring teams encouraging outstanding performance
• Experience of developing and driving forward our best practice processes
• Ability to work on a variety of projects and to pick up new business areas
• Proven experience of authoritatively describing how online experiences form part of an overall brand experience
• Hands-on competency in Adobe Illustrator

Nice to Have:

• Experience of UX interaction design on a large-scale RIA
• Visual design skills
• Knowledge of investment bank products and processes
