Are you an experienced and passionate User Experience Lead Designer who wants to work on a permanent basis in an organisation that has a great vision and works with top investment banks to implement that vision?

As a User Experience Lead you will be responsible for leading and taking part in designing next-generation, rich client applications for our investment banking clients. You will have a lot of client interaction, as well as working with key stakeholders in-house to help build our service offering. You will get to work with a brilliant team on fabulous projects. Your Talents:

Proven experience working as a professional lead UX designer on large-scale Rich Internet Applications
Competency in the various fields of UX
Competency in wireframing, interaction and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash Pro, InDesign, Catalyst, Microsoft Expression Design, Expression Blend, SketchFlow
Excellent communication skills
Strong documentation skills
Ability to work on a variety of projects and to pick up new business areas
Ability to lead small teams
Ability to conduct workshops with demanding clients
