Northgate Public Services are currently recruiting a key Member for our QA team, a Senior Test Analyst. The required Test professional will be ISEB qualified in software Testing and have a solid background of 3 years + Testing Web based Applications. You  will have strong experience of functional and non functional Testing throughout the full development lifecycle, and be accustomed to formal Test methods. Automated Testing experience is essential, in particular QTP and/or Quality Centre would be an advantage. We require an autonomous and highly motivated individual who will not back away from a challenge, and take a pragmatic approach to problem solving. As a senior member of the team you must possess confident leadership and communication skills.

Daily duties include all elements from production of the Test strategy, management of the Test environment and execution phases, through to delivery to the customer. The position sits within a busy QA team working on a very exciting and cutting edge Government project, for this reason individuals MUST be eligible for SC clearance (the ideal candidate will already possess it). Technically you should have experience of working in most, if not all of the following environments: .NET - ASP and C#, Web services, Browser based app - IE and Firefox, SQL Server, Singularity Business Process Tool, IIS Web server, Javascript, AJAX.
