McAfee is seeking a talented Senior Software Developer Engineer C++ individual to join the McAfee Labs Client Engineering in Aylesbury. The opportunity is to join this team working on a variety of cross platform developments enhancing McAfee's leading
edge product range.
The work is varied and will primarily involve C++ development.
Experience
- You must have some industry experience of object-oriented software development.
- You must have some exposure to and knowledge of C or C++.
- You must have an understanding of agile development processes.
- You must have a willingness and ability to learn new technologies and processes.
- You must have a commitment to developing reliable and maintainable software.
- Preferred: Recent industry C/ C++ development experience. Development experience within a defined software development process. Experience of multi-threaded development, Knowledge/use of source control systems and defect tracking systems. Experience of agile development processes. Knowledge of UML. Experience within the software security sector. Knowledge of a variety of range of platforms and languages. Experience of using a unit test framework. Experience of design patterns.
