development by joining our Talent Development team, which sits in our newly formed Talent Team within the HR function.
What is it about
As our Talent Development Facilitator you will manage a portfolio of learning and development
initiatives, activities and projects aligned to our ‘Building a Culture of Learning’ Strategy. The role will
involve the design, delivery, commissioning and evaluation of learning initiatives across the Group. You
will work in partnership with HR colleagues to support client group learning and development needs,
whilst also establishing mechanisms to enable a range of learning opportunities.
