As a Concierge with us, you’ll be “The Face of Vodafone’ – one of the world’s most famous brands. A key member of the management team in one of our elite or flagship stores, you’ll make sure that however hectic it gets, every customer’s experience has the wow factor we’re famous for. The Concierge role
It’s a busy Saturday afternoon with hundreds of people coming into the store. You’ll make sure every single one gets a warm welcome and swift, memorable service. As you chat to them, you’ll work out exactly how to help them best. Is it a quick query you can deal with yourself, a tricky question that will need our Tech Advisers expertise – or should they chat to one of our Retail Advisers? And if so – which one?
As you’d expect from a brand that’s famous for being a technology pioneer, we’ll give you all the latest floorwalker and queue management kit you need to help you with your role. Banishing queues and confusion and creating a real buzz for customers and team mates alike, you’ll make sure we’re giving more and more people a better and better service.
The skills you’ll need
You need to be upbeat and positive - a real people person, who’s passionate about making sure things run smoothly. Cool and collected no matter how busy it gets, you’re a multi-tasker with eyes in the back of your head, and a talent for prioritising. In terms of experience, you’ll need to have a background in customer service management, and have trained others to provide an amazing service. Above all, you need to be able to juggle the needs of many different people, whilst making them all feel they’re your first priority.
