Service Desk Analyst

About the role
You will provide an excellent 1st line telephone IT support to the LV= Business. You will register and administrate service desk queries received by the IT helpdesk via telephone, or whatever means. You will resolve these queries yourself or forward and escalate those to other relevant resolver groups.
Now, three words to describe you? Positive, helpful, cheerful. You'll deal with a lot of queries each day, but you see every one as a new challenge and a new opportunity to deliver excellent service. We'd like you to have a strong customer service background, strong PC skills and be competent in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word. It would also be handy if you previously used CA service delivery applications.
