We are a strong and growing organisation, building 14 new homes over the last two years and embarking on a programme of updating our existing homes. We are well known for our commitment to the quality of the care and services we provide as well as in areas such as; Music Therapy, Food and Hospitality, Dementia, and Environment.
You will provide advice and guidance to a wide range of stakeholders on procurement best practice. Although every day can be different, the kinds of activities you will regularly be doing include:
• Working closely with project teams to help define supplier requirements
• Negotiating the commercial principles underpinning supplier engagements
• Providing ongoing monitoring and support around supplier engagements
What we’re looking for
Ideally, you will be of graduate calibre, or equivalent, working towards or have aspirations to attain a CIPS Graduate
Diploma. You will ideally have buying experience, whether that is as a dedicated buyer.
